on full-service design projects and furnishing services
Restrictions & Exclusions
Commissions apply only to design service fees and furnishing/styling labor. Material costs, construction labor, or product purchases (tile, countertops, cabinetry, etc.) are excluded from commission. The commission is paid only after the client’s 1st payment has been received.
